        What we’re looking for

          Attitude matters more than experience. Here’s what we love:

          Green flags: treat everyone fairly, do it with a smile, take accountability and always willing to learn.

          Non-negotiables: no negativity, no drama, take accountability.

          We’re open to all backgrounds: locals, seasonal workers, and those on a backpacker visa .. all with the right energy.

          Current Opportunities at Mutts Café

            We’re hiring for the 2026 season (starting March/April):

            • Skilled Barista — latte art & coffee craft (high volume café)

            • Skilled Chef / Cook — creativity, organisation & precision

            • Front of House Team — friendly faces & customer care

            • Kitchen Team — prep, cooking, and organisation

            • Dishwasher — keeping the café running smoothly

            • Supervisor / Manager — leadership with heart

            Trial & Intro: First up: a 2-hour trial to see how we vibe. Then, a 4-week paid intro period to settle in, learn the ropes, and find your rhythm.

            Is Mutts Right for You?
